About Marvin Caldwell
The advice comes from someone who runs the work.
Marvin has spent more than 25 years leading operations — building teams, redesigning processes and running the customer side of growing organizations.
He also runs recovery housing in Murrieta and San Diego, California. That combination is the point: enterprise operating discipline, applied by someone who deals with the same leases, residents, referrals and budgets you do.
Every ITSL Blueprint engagement is led by Marvin personally, from the first review to the last meeting. Where it helps, he brings in partners from his network — in business formation, credit, real estate and lending — for part of the work.

Questions
How does payment work?
Checkout creates your order and gives you an order number. You send the payment by Zelle from your own bank's app, with the order number in the memo, and we confirm it within one business day. A bank wire is available if you prefer.
My bank's Zelle limit is lower than the total.
That's common — many banks cap Zelle per day. Split it into transfers on consecutive days with the same order number in each memo, and let us know — we'll hold your order until the last one arrives. Or choose bank wire at checkout; for a package, a wire is usually simpler.
Who will I actually work with?
Mostly Marvin, personally — he leads every engagement himself. Where it helps, he may bring a partner from his network into part of the work, in business formation, credit, real estate or lending. You'll know who and why before they join, and their time counts toward your hours the same way. He can also introduce you to a partner to hire directly; that's separate from your engagement.
How many meetings are included?
The Initial Consultancy is one meeting: an hour with Marvin, in person or by video, after he has reviewed your business framework. Each package states its own support time, from 7 to 120 hours, with meetings paced to the work; each meeting counts as at least one hour. If you want to keep going after your consultation, a package picks up from there.
Do you guarantee results?
No. We bring structure and operating experience. Outcomes depend on your market, your local rules and your execution — and we'll tell you plainly where the risks are.
